Aspire Women’s Health collects only the personal information needed to provide care and to contact you about appointments (for example name, phone number, email, and check-in time). It is stored securely, accessible only to authorised clinic staff, and never sold or shared except as required for your care or by law. We comply with Ontario’s Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA). To access or correct your information, call the clinic.

Online booking and check-in

• Physiotherapy requests and reception check-ins are kept in our secure staff system only as long as needed to manage your visit, and are permanently deleted 7 days after the appointment date. Your health record is kept separately in our medical record system.
• Email is not encrypted, so our emails never include health details: no service, symptoms or notes. Internal staff alerts show only your first name and last initial; staff sign in to our secure system (with two-step verification) to see your details.
• Please do not send health information by email. Call us instead.
